1611 Golf Club League Rules & Policies
1. League Structure
-
The league consists of a 4-week regular season, followed by a championship round.
-
Players accumulate scores using Aggregate to Par throughout the regular season.
-
The top 4 players at each location after 4 weeks will advance to the championship.
-
Each location (FTW, BTX, NRH) runs its own independent league. Players only compete against others at their registered location.
2. Championship Format & Location
-
The championship round is held at the same location where the player competed during the regular season.
-
Only the top 4 players per location qualify for the championship.
-
The championship round is played during the week of May 10.
3. Entry Fees & Payments
-
The league entry fee is $75 per player.
-
Members will receive their standard 20% discount
-
All entry fees must be paid in full prior to the start of league play.
-
Non-members are responsible for paying their bay rental each week, in addition to the $75league entry fee.
-
Members receive bay access according to their membership terms.
-
All entry fees are non-refundable. No portion of the entry fee will be refunded for any missed or unplayed weeks.
4. Scheduling & Bay Booking
-
Players are responsible for booking their own bays each week.
-
Bay availability is first come, first served.
-
All rounds must be completed before close of business on Sunday of the designated week.
-
Rounds played outside the designated week will not count toward league standings.
5. Handicap Requirement
-
All players must have an established Trackman Handicap prior to playing their first league round.
-
Players without a Trackman Hcp may establish one by completing one 18-hole round while logged into their Trackman account. No mulligans are permitted during a handicap-establishing round.
-
Handicaps are applied to every round, including the championship.
-
Players who do not have an established handicap before their first scheduled week will be ineligible to submit that week's score.
6. Mulligan Policy
-
Mulligans are not permitted during any league round, including handicap-establishing rounds.
-
The only exception is a verified system error, which must be confirmed by a 1611 Golf Club staff member before any correction is made.
-
Any unauthorized mulligan will result in a two (2) stroke penalty.
7. Scoring
-
All rounds use Stroke Net Scoring — handicap strokes are applied to each player's gross score.
-
Season standings are tracked using Aggregate to Par. Each week's net score relative to par is added to the player's running season total.
-
Example: A player who shoots +3 in Week 1 and –1 in Week 2 carries a season score of +2.
-
The lowest aggregate score at the end of 4 weeks wins. In the championship round, the lowest net score on that day wins.
-
8. Tie-Breaking Procedures:
The following tie-breaking procedures will be used when declaring the top 4 players that advance to the championship:
-

-
Second lowest single regular season score

Third lowest single regular season score
-

-

Championship Tie-Breaker - If 2 or more golfers shoot the same score in the championship round, the players will advance to a sudden death playoff starting with Hole #1 of the same course the championship was played on.
9. Sportsmanship & Enforcement
-
All players are expected to compete with honesty and integrity.
-
League staff reserve the right to enforce rules, assess penalties, and resolve disputes.
-
Any attempt to manipulate scores, rules, or systems may result in penalties or disqualification.
