Spring Has Arrived at 1611 — And So Has the Masters Menu!
Spring is here, the Masters is on, and the kitchen at 1611 has been busy. Whether you are settling in to watch tournament coverage or just looking for a reason to grab a bay and a bite, we have got something worth coming in for.

The Masters Menu — Available April 1st Through April 30th
We built this one specifically for the occasion, and it tastes exactly like a Masters watch party should.
Start with the Azalea Cocktail — light, citrusy, and refreshing in the way that only a drink named after Augusta's most famous tradition can be. It goes down easy, which is either a feature or a warning depending on how the back nine is going.
For the table, the Pretzel Bites with house-made Pimento Cheese Dip are the kind of thing that disappears before anyone realizes how much they have eaten. If you want to keep it classic, the Pimento Cheese Sandwich is a Southern staple done exactly right — simple, creamy, and completely satisfying. Feeling bold? The Hot Honey Chicken Pimento Sandwich brings crispy chicken, house pimento cheese, and a hit of hot honey that somehow manages to be sweet, spicy, and seriously addictive all at once.
Save room for the Peach Ice Cream Sandwich. You will thank us.
The Spring Menu — Available Now
The Masters Menu is not the only thing that got an upgrade. Our new spring additions are live across all three locations and already earning their place in the regular rotation.
Breakfast items are now on the menu — yes, all day. The Caddy Tots are exactly what they sound like and super tasty. Jalapeño Poppers and Spinach Artichoke Dip are on deck for anyone who takes their appetizer game seriously. And if you have not tried the Chicken Caesar Wrap yet, consider this your nudge.
Fresh salads round out the spring additions for anyone keeping it light between rounds.
Come hungry. We will handle the rest.
