Black Friday Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The 1611 Golf Club Black Friday Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by 1611 Management LLC, doing business as 1611 Golf Club, 5952 SW Loop 820, Fort Worth, Texas 76132 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and of its affiliated companies, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and households, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central and ends on Friday, November 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter, and both are free: (a) complete the entry form at www.1611golf.com/black-friday; or (b) visit any 1611 Golf Club location during business hours and ask a team member to enter you. You must provide your name, email address and phone number and confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per phone number for the entire Entry Period. A person who buys a membership offered in connection with the Giveaway is entered automatically if not already entered, but no purchase is required. Duplicate, incomplete or automated entries are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a free year of daily membership at the 1611 Golf Club location of the winner's choice (Approximate Retail Value: $2,475). If the winner already holds a 1611 Golf Club membership, the prize is applied as follows instead: (a) a winner who bought a membership offered in connection with the Giveaway before the drawing will have the amount they paid for it refunded within ten (10) business days of verification and will keep that membership for its full term at no cost; (b) a winner whose membership is billed monthly will receive twelve (12) months of membership dues at no charge, beginning with their next bill date; and (c) a winner who prepaid their membership will have their prepaid term extended by twelve (12) months at no charge. The prize is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with any other offer. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize; because its value exceeds $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099.

6. Drawing and odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing is conducted by Sponsor, recorded and witnessed, and three (3) alternate winners are drawn in order at the same time. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification and verification

The potential winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days after the drawing and must respond within three (3) days of the first attempt to reach them. The potential winner must confirm their eligibility, provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and sign any release Sponsor reasonably requires. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and the next alternate is contacted under the same terms.

8. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it and award the prize from the eligible entries received before that action. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its affiliates, officers and employees from any liability arising from the Giveaway or the prize, except where prohibited by law, and agrees that Sponsor may use their name and city in announcing the winner, unless prohibited by law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive venue in Tarrant County, Texas.

9. Privacy

Information collected at entry is used to run the Giveaway, to contact you about it and about any offer made to you because you entered, and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.1611golf.com/private-policy. You will receive marketing email only if you choose to opt in when you enter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Winner's name

For the winner's first name and city, available after Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central, write to Sponsor at the address above or email email@1611golf.com within three (3) months of the drawing.
